Premises:
All large daily used premises are to be cleaned on a daily basis, 7 days a week and access to the contractors will be available 24/7 via normal access or out-of-hours, door codes, etc. NB. Millennium Point, Tollgate and 111 all have Call Centre's in use 24/7. Therefore, contractors need to be mindful of noise/interruptions when cleaning. ‘Silent’ machinery is a preference. Smaller premises will have bespoke cleaning hour's dependent on foot fall.
