Bromford wishes to receive responses from suitably experienced and qualified service providers who can undertake a high quality cleaning and external window cleaning service to the communal areas of residential properties owned and / or managed by Bromford. The majority of premises are low rise (up to four floors) though a small number are of a larger scale.
The services will consist of ongoing cyclical cleaning and external window cleaning activities, plus additional ad-hoc cleaning and window cleaning as and when required.
For clarity, the elements of cleaning and external window cleaning will not be contracted separately. Bromford will not issue separate contracts for these elements.
The contract(s) will comprise:
(a) Communal Cleaning and Internal Window Cleaning as instructed
(b) External Window Cleaning as instructed
The above services will be required by way of five separate Lots. Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 require cleaning and external window cleaning services to the communal areas of residential properties. Each Lot will also contain sites which are classed as ‘Supported Housing‘, which may have additional specific cleaning and window cleaning requirements including (but not limited to) cleaning of communal lounges, bathrooms, kitchens and small office spaces, plus cleaning of internal windows.
In addition, Lots (1, 2 and 4) each contain a non-residential Service Delivery Centre from which Bromford's maintenance operatives are based. These will each require cleaning services to a small kitchen, bathroom and office area.
The contract(s) is/are on a 5 + 2 year basis.
