The NEC is seeking to source a single supplier for the full range of chillers required to enable the NEC to comply with the FGas regulations. This is the first chiller replacement programme that the venue has undertaken in the last 15 years and the existing chillers have been running between 15 and 25 years.The NEC is seeking to replace the existing chillers with alternatives of similar reliability and longevity characteristics.
The size of chillers is likely to range from 1 150 kw to 50 kw. Replacement works will take place across a 3/4 year programme, generally during the quieter Summer periods.
