Torfaen County Borough Council is setting up a contract on behalf of ADSS Cymru for the provision of a Business Support Function. The aim of this service at all times will be to provide a fully functioning Business Support Service to ADSS Cymru to include general Secretariat support, communication, facilitating conferences, project management and supporting governance arrangements.
