1)Short description
The Contractor will comply fully with all aspects of the Control of Pesticides Regulations 1986 and other relevant legislation such as the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002. The Contractor's service will provide for Client's requirements with respect to Pest Control for food businesses, for example EC food hygiene Regulation 852/2004 Annex II. The Contractor will be registered and certified to a recognised industry standard for Pest control management; e.g. BS EN 16636:2015.Staff employed by the Contractor to carry out pest control services will hold current qualifications and certifications relevant to the nature of business and the use of pesticides.

1)Short description
The Contractor's staff will be fully trained by the contractor in health and safety as relevant to the delivery of the service and will be provided with all relevant PPE including Hi-vis clothing. The contractor's staff will be required to attend a health and safety induction on site prior to starting work on the contract.
