Early Market Engagement:
The Commissioner on behalf of Essex Police, seeks to engage with potential suppliers to provide indicative costings for contact points envisaged as touch screen self service kiosks capable of undertaking a number of transactions.
The Commissioner, prior to commencing any formal tender invites potential suppliers to provide indicative costings as per the the draft specification.
This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is not a call for competition for the purposes of Regulation 26(9) of the Public Contract regulation 2015- a specific call for competition for this procurement may be published within the next 2-6 months.
