The City of Bradford MDC (CBMDC) is looking to appoint experienced consultants to design and deliver improvements to the Oastler Centre in the centre of Bradford. The aim is to create modern facilities that will enhance the appeal of the centre to both existing and new users.
The initial appointment will be to develop the project to RIBA Work Stage 2 (Concept Design) which will inform the feasibility of the project in terms of its deliverability against agreed cost and time scale constraints. Subject to a viable concept design being produced CBMDC want to commission the consultants to take the project forward through to completion (RIBA Work Stages 3 to 7) at agreed fee scales established through this tender process.
