Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council is looking to provide a single authenticated account for its residents, businesses and service users. The Council is looking to contract with a company who has a proven track record of delivering a secure customer portal. This must be delivered as Software Service as RMBC does not want this platform to be delivered from its data centre. The solution must also be fully ready for a go-live date on 1.12.2015. The Council wishes to continue to provide a citizens account for the 6 services and also wishes to build on the success of the existing offer by adding additional services at pace so that residents have access to a fully rounded suite of Council services through the account by the end of 2016/17.
