Lee Valley Regional Park Authority is seeking bids from parties interested in building and operating a Small Sided Football Development (5/6/7-a-side).
The successful tenderer will be a market leading operator with a proven record of operating high quality facilities and will have the capital investment immediately available to undertake the development.
Rental bids are now being sought for the lease of the Land located at The Lee Valley Leisure Complex, situated in the London Borough of Enfield, approx. 5 miles south of Junction 25 of the M25 and 1 mile north of the North Circular Road (A406) at Edmonton.

In the event of a consortia bid being accepted it is anticipated that all members of the consortium will be jointly and severely liable for all obligations imposed by the contract terms and conditions. In the event of a successful consortia bid the Authority may advise that the consortia takes a particular legal form and that single consortia member takes primary responsibility and the contracting Authority contracts with a single lead member or that each member undertakes joint and several liability irrespective of the legal form adopted. Candidates must provide full details their proposed contracting structures.
