Duration of the framework agreement
Duration in years: 4Alliance Homes is now seeking to appoint one developer partner to a framework agreement, accessible by all UK public sector entities as detailed in Section VI.3, to deliver a fully-funded roof-top photovoltaic solution across the UK public sector property portfolio.
Alliance Homes is currently re-tendering its successful self-funded model framework (see OJEU Notice 2015/S-033-056490) and is currently running an EWI framework agreement (pursuant to OJEU Notice number 2013/S-074-123396).
The framework will provide a complete solution to public sector entities seeking to secure projects for the generation of electricity and will include the development, design, funding, installation and operation of PV installations as a one-stop shop in accordance with DECC and all other legislative requirements. It is envisaged at present that call-off contracts will range from 500 kw to 100 MW+ on individual or linked sites. Accordingly, only developers with current secured funding, a track record of project delivery in roof-top projects at scale and a professional and experienced supply chain should submit an expression of interest.
