The BBC is seeking to establish a set of Framework Agreements for supply and delivery of an extensive range of Broadcast Components and Peripherals. The product range will reflect the operational needs of the BBC during the lifetime of the contract and must be dynamically managed to reflect changing technologies employed within the Broadcast environment.
The BBC requires tenderers to demonstrate that all products are generally available from stock, supported by appropriate inventory levels. Tenderers must have proven experience of dealing with large multi-site organisations. A range of rapid delivery solutions will be required to all BBC premises to include next day delivery as a standard offering.
Tenderers must demonstrate the ability to offer comprehensive technical support across the full of product range, which will include applications advice specific to broadcast environments.
An essential requirement of the Framework Agreements is that the successful Tenderer(s) will operate an electronic catalogue, electronic processing and electronic invoicing.
