The Corporate Officers recognise that the Restoration and Renewal programme will be very challenging in terms of its technical complexity, heritage considerations and level of public scrutiny. Their view is that these challenges can only be successfully met by working in partnership with its advisors to develop and deliver collaborative solutions. The Corporate Officers wish to assess the interest and capability of the market for the supply of such services. In doing so, this will be your opportunity to discuss the programme and inform Parliament's approach to procurement. To make further enquiries, obtain further information and provide feedback, visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/parliamentuk/aspx/Home
The deadline for expressing feedback is 12:00 (BST) on 20.5.2015.
The scale of the Restoration and Renewal Programme can be ascertained from the ‘Pre-Feasibility Study and Preliminary Strategic Business Case', which may be found online at http://www.parliament.uk/about/living-heritage/building/restoration-project/background/
The start date for the procurement is likely to be Autumn 2015, but is subject to further planning.
