Herefordshire Council is seeking to purchase a service to provide both suitable and supported accommodation and housing related support to residents of Herefordshire.
In relation to the accommodation for homeless individuals section of this tendering opportunity; this service will be offered to homeless individual in Herefordshire who is single and over the age of 18 and/or has an offending history or is at risk of offending. This service is designed to provide a short term housing solution to clients and support clients by developing their skills and capacity to secure and sustain suitable accommodation.
In relation to the floating housing related support section of this tendering opportunity, this service will be available to all individuals who are over the age of 18 and are assessed as being vulnerable or at risk of homelessness as a result of substance misuse and/or mental health issues, and/or offending behaviour. This service is designed to prevent homelessness and re-offending, and to support people to manage and maintain independent living.
