The Contracting Authority intends to invite tenders for the construction of a new civic-office building located at its Angel Street Site. Full details of the Contracting Authority's expectations of usage of the building will be published within the procurement process, the building will serve as a base for c2000 staff and may include retail units, as well as commercial spaces as well as co-location of other public service personnel. The Contracting Authority requires the building to be fully fitted out, ready for occupation. The Contracting Authority however, reserves the right to remove any FF&E; elements and undertake separate procurement for furniture and/or other loose fittings and equipment, at its discretion. The full specification of requirements were published within the tender documentation.

The duration of this standstill will be disclosed at this point.
