Refurbishment work. Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking providers to carry out specialist expert works for householders at various locations withing the City of Stoke-on-Trent.
This framework will be available to be used by Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council, although there is no commitment or guarantee that they will use it.
The works will be split into lots covering:
Building Fabric; Solid Wall Insulation; Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning; Lighting; Micro-generation; and a One Stop Show.
