Local Authorities in the Yorkshire and Humber region, in partnership with YPO have established a project to explore options that are available for a regional approach to the procurement of consultancy services. With the focus on supporting local and SME suppliers, delivering additional efficiencies and savings, the project team has been tasked with developing solutions to manage spend typically below £50,000. Part of YPO's role in this project is at this stage to realise a PIN to engage with the market. The full scope of services has yet to be defined but as guidance the type of consultancy service that may be required include;
