The service provider must have witin itself sufficient succession planning, and personel development to achieve the contract term of 2 years with an option to extend for 2 further 12 month periods. The contract shall commence at 00:00 hours on 1.4.2014 until 23:59 hours on 31.3.2016, with the option to extend a further 2 12 month periods.
