Design, supply of materials, manufacture, test and delivery of three plane variable line spacing gratings for the Diamond Beamline I21 - RIXS (Resonant Inelastic soft X-ray Scattering). The substrates for the gratings will be free issued by Diamond. The tenderer shall be required to rule the gratings and deposit gold coating. The optics will be installed at DLS on a remotely controlled positioning system and operated under ultra high vacuum (UHV) conditions. The optics are to be UHV compatible.
If the Supplier is not able to quote for all of the optics listed in the technical specification then they are encouraged to quote only for the optics which they can supply.
