Hampshire County Council requires delivery of a county wide sensory Reablement Service. This Tender will be for one lot.
The Sensory Reablement Service will be required to offer time limited support that is designed specifically around the needs of individuals with sensory loss to maximise their long term independence. The service will be community facing, i.e. it will be delivered in the community and referrals into the service will come from the sensory and deaf teams.
