East Riding of Yorkshire Council has now appointed a suitable provider to deliver a free generalist legal advice service which aims to build on predecessor arrangements to improve access to advice.
The service will offer a comprehensive triage and generalist advice service to East Riding residents and work in partnership with other providers to help support client's holistic needs.
The service will be delivered from offices in Bridlington and Goole, through a network of Outreaches and via telephony and online services.
The contract is for 2 years, commencing on 1.4.2014, with the possibility of a further one year extension subject to satisfactory performance and available funding.
