Football Foundation, Rugby Football Union, English Sports Council and England Hockey is looking to establish a manufacturer-led framework of organisations to supply and install artificial grass pitches (AGP). To help inform best practice in the market place, it is undertaking this Soft Market Test to gather information from potential suppliers. The feedback obtained will be used to help develop an appropriate procurement strategy which will ultimately determine the nature and scope of the project, upon which the procurement will be based. The framework will be for manufacturer led organisations to supply and then through their own supply chain, install AGP pitches and associated works.
