Wiltshire College is currently seeking funding supoort from skills funding agency for the redevelopment at its site Chippenham.
The redevelopment will enable significant rationalisation of space replacing 12,102 m² of unsuitable and functionally inadequate existing space, with a new 8500 m² building.
The building will be located on the existing campus site outside of the existing built footprint, to enable construction in a single phase. The campus will remian operational throughout the construction period.
The purpose of this procurement is to appoint appropriately qualified consultants to carry out either or of the following.
A. Architectural including landscape architecture;
B. Structural and Civil Engineering;
C. Building (MandE, MandD) consultancy.
