Sport England requires a framework agreement to provide governance, strategic, organisational and recruitment support to sporting bodies, primarily National Governing Bodies of sport.
The Framework Agreement will have 6 lots. Bidders can choose to bid for one or all lots.
Lot 1 - Strategic review
Lot 2 - Governance review, diagnostics and support
Lot 3 - Board effectiveness / evaluation/skills assessment reviews
Lot 4 - Senior executive and non-executive recruitment
Lot 5 - Bespoke finance and internal control support
Lot 6 - HR support/Health check

The nature of the work in this framework is such that it will require tailored support to small groups of often senior individuals delivered by providers with strong interpersonal skills. We recognise that some of the skills we are seeking may be in smaller companies or sole practitioners, and we would welcome bids from SME's and Sole Practitioners for this Framework.
The Framework duration will be for three years with an option to extend by an additional 12 months.
