II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:
The Trust is a 650 bedded hospital. The approximate total cleanable area is 62 000m² and the number of patient meal days per annum is approximately 200 000 per annum. The Trust require the successful bidder to provide both a cleaning and catering service. The catering service will be for both patients and staff/visitors and the contractor will be required to equip a new building which will be provided by the Trust, for both patient and retail catering.
