Provision of Financial Consultancy Services to Swindon Borough Council relating to the recovery of the overpayment of indirect taxes by a local authority. The services will include the submission of claims to H M Customs and Revenue, and other organisations where appropriate, and any appeals, subject to agreement by both parties. The contract will not be for a fixed period of time. It will continue until all claims have been completed and the relevant monies have been refunded.
