The contract provides JC Decaux with the right to advertise at 9 agreed locations within the borough of Trafford, the contractor invests all the capital expenditure undertaking all of the risk. This notice is to inform the market of a possible creation of some 4 -10 sites across the borough which are yet to be confirmed. Any new sites will be within the original parameters of the contract whereby the contractor is responsible for the capital expenditure. Any new sites need to replicate the current bespoke design to create synergy and consistency across the borough. This bespoke design right belongs to the current supplier.
