This procurement is looking for the provision of consultancy services to assist the delivery of projects including new build, refurbishments repairs and maintenance. Service provision will include Architects, Employers Agents, CDM Co-ordinators, Site Inspectors, Structural Engineering Consultants, Quantity Surveyors, Landscape Architects, Building Services Engineers, Planning Consultants and also Specialist Architectural Consultants with particular experience of retro-fit and regeneration projects that improve the energy performance and comfort of existing buildings, including over-cladding solutions.

The Peabody Trust is a Registered Provider ("RP") which owns and manages over 20,000 homes across London. Our mission is to make London a city of opportunity for all by ensuring as many people as possible have a good home, a real sense of purpose, and a strong feeling of belonging. The Peabody Trust and its subsidiaries aim to deliver a programme of approximately 1000 new homes each year, in line with our growth strategy. To be as efficient as possible The Peabody Trust uses a wholly owned subsidiary called Peabody Services Ltd to procure and construct its new homes. This Framework Agreement is being procured by Peabody Services Ltd and the agreement itself will be between Peabody Services Ltd and the supplier, as will the majority of the resultant call off contracts to deliver this programme, although other entities are entitled to call off under the framework agreement as set out in the contract notice and in the framework agreement.
Peabody is seeking consultancy services support in the following areas:

This procurement is being undertaken by Peabody Services Limited on behalf of all members (from time to time) of the Peabody Group but who currently comprise: Peabody Trust, Peabody Services Limited, Peabody Enterprises Ltd, Peabody Land Ltd, Peabody Pension Trust Ltd and Blue Hut Developments and CBHA, as well as any successor body of any of the organisations listed, and any subsidiary, subsidiary undertaking, holding company and/or associate (from time to time) of the aforementioned entities and any entity of which the aforementioned entities is a subsidiary, subsidiary undertaking, holding company and/or associate (from time to time), as such terms are defined in Section 1162 of the Companies Act 2006, s271 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 and/or Section 15 of the Friendly and Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1968. The Peabody group members will be entitled to rely on the framework agreement and to call-off contracts under the framework agreement directly.
In addition, subject to Peabody's prior written consent but without any obligation for them to participate, Gallions Housing Association, together with any of its subsidiaries, the members of the G15 Housing Group from time to time (currently consisting of: A2Dominion Group, Affinity Sutton, Amicus Horizon, Catalyst Housing, Circle, East Thames Group, Family Mosaic, Genesis Housing Association, The Hyde Group, L&Q;, Metropolitan, Network Housing Group, Notting Hill Housing and Southern Housing Group), any registered provider (as listed on the Statutory Register of Providers of Social Housing maintained by the Homes and Communities Agency and available on their website), and any local authority operating within the geographical remit of the framework agreement shall also be entitled to rely on and call-off contracts under the framework agreement.
