The Contracting Authority is seeking to procure the services of an Integrated Design Team for the Chester Farm Project located at Irchester, near Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
The appointed Integrated Design Team will take the design from RIBA stage D to L (Multi Disciplinary Services Work Stages), plus any additional services required for the full and proper design and specification of the Chester Farm Project, unless expressly excluded.

The Contracting Authority is seeking to procure the services of an Integrated Design Team for the Chester Farm Project located at Irchester, near Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
The appointed Integrated Design Team will take the design from RIBA stage D to L (Multi Disciplinary Services Work Stages), plus any additional services required for the full and proper design and specification of the Chester Farm Project, unless expressly excluded.
The Council is looking to appoint a Lead Consultant/Architect who shall be responsible for reviewing the full design service required to fully detail all aspects of the design and specification of the Chester Farm Development.
The Lead Consultant/ Architect will act in the role of Contract Administrator and have overarching responsibility for appointing, leading and co-ordinating the other members of the Integrated Design Team, which shall included:
a) Conservation Architect,
b) Mechanical & Electrical Engineer,
c) Structural Engineer,
d) CDMC,
e) Quantity Surveyor,
f) Others as required.
The Lead Consultant/ Architect will be a Partner/ Director for the period of design completion and up to contractor mobilisation.
Thereafter, and in consultation with the Council, the Lead Designer/Architect input may be reduced to that of an Architect at operational level subject to input and guidance, as required, from the Partner/Director.

The Authority is looking to contract with a single entity.
