Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: This tender is open to insurance companies and syndicates who must be licenced to transact business listed in either II.2.1 in the UK or EU member states of domicile. Service providers will be authorised to write the classes of insurance listed with EU member states subjec to English Law and the jurisdiction of English Courts.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: Any potential Insurers for Property, Liability, Motor & GPA/Travel must have a Standard & Poors rating of A- or equivalent. This is a pass/fail requirement.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met:
Providers will be be authorised to write the class of insurance either in EU member states subject to English Law and Jurisdiction.
On the Liability lot the Insured currently has a predecessor clause which provides cover for bodily injuries to Employees prior to the CAA formation in 1972. This cover must continue and is a pass/fail requirement.
