II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:
Lots 1 - 5: Tenders for insurance risks will be invited on the basis of a three year Long Term Agreement with the option to extend for a further two years. Options for longer term contracts will be considered provided sufficient information is provided by tenderers for the total cost of each option to be assessed.
Lots 6 & 7: These lots are included on a precautionary basis only. The above will apply if they are included in the final tender.
Lots 8 & 9: Tenders will be invited on the basis of a one year contract unless Lots 6 & 7 are included in the final tender.
If the tender forms the basis of Lots 1-9 then tenders for insurance risks will be invited on the basis of a three year Long Term Agreement with the option to extend for a further two years. Options for longer term contracts will be considered provided sufficient information is provided by tenderers for the total cost of each option to be assessed.
Insurers will be permitted to tender for all or some of the risk classes.
