II.1.5)Short description of the contract or purchase(s)
London South Bank University (LSBU) is seeking to appoint an agency/agencies to undertake the complete process for the handling of all marketing and advertising requirements. Comprehensive brand guidelines exist and LSBU would expect the agency/agencies to be guardians of the brand. There will need to be joint working between LSBU and the agency/agencies with the provider(s) acting as an extension of the in-house team.
The Services shall be provided into 3 Lots with one provider being appointed per Lot; LSBU has a preference for a provider that will be able to provide all lots but applications will be accepted for organisations that wish to be considered for one or two Lots only.
The purpose of this Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) is to assist LSBU in deciding which organisations to invite to tender for the provision of advertising and marketing services. LSBU envisages a shortlist of at least 5 tenderers.
The LSBU Advertising and Marketing Services Framework will be for a maximum period of 4 years. The value of the Framework is an estimate only based on previous years spend.
