Refuse and waste related services. Sewage-, refuse-, cleaning-, and environmental services. Building-cleaning services. Office cleaning services. Snow-clearing services. To provide English Heritage with waste management and cleaning services in respect of property, exhibits, ancient monuments and visitor operations at Stonehenge. Contract will consist of 6 lots as follows:
Lot 1: Cleaning of all buildings and external areas of the site (including monument and visitor facilities;
Lot 2: Waste collection, including landfill and recycled waste;
Lot 3: Cleaning of drainage and sewage system;
Lot 4: Sanitary waste collection;
Lot 5: Waste management (including litter pickingand waste collection) at Summer Solstice event;
Lot 6: Snow clearance and gritting of site in adverse weather.
The contract will be for 3 years with a possible 1 year extension.
