Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust consists of two large hospital sites. One is known as the Central Campus and the other is known as the Northern Campus. The Central Campus comprises of The Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Jessop Wing Maternity Hospital, Weston Park Cancer Hospital, Charles Clifford Dental Hospital and various surrounding associated buildings. The Northern Campus consists of the Northern General Hospital and associated buildings.
The contract shall provide maintenance and service, including the elimination of legionella, for the split, multi split, VRV, and fan coil, air-conditioning units at the above site locations. The approximate numbers at each site are as follows:
Central Campus: Approximately 800 Units.
Northern Campus: Approximately 250 Units.
All works shall be carried out in accordance with current legislation, and standards.
The contract duration is three years, with an optional one year extension.

9. The Trust may use a staged evaluation procedure to reduce the number of bidders prior to a shortlist of bidders and/or preferred bidder being selected.
