II.1.5)Short description of the contract or purchase(s):Leeds Bradford International Airport (LBIA) is looking for a suitable supplier to provide an AODB system providing the functionality to support FIDS and ATC Movements, Aeronautical Billing, Movement Scheduling and Administration, Dynamic Digital Display and Signage, Resource Management Scheduling (RMS) and Systems Integration and Performance. Further details of LBIA's requirements are set out in the procurement documents, which can be obtained from the contact point at I.1).
In addition to the above, the successful bidder will provide Professional Services (Project Control, Reaction Support Services, Call Escalation and Call Management, Charges and Payments, and Reporting) on a 24 (hours a day) x 7 (days a week) x 365 (days a year) basis for the term of the agreement and their costs will comprise Annual Licence and Support fees, which will include a software assurance programme for the delivered system and its functionality.
