The Royal Parks requires a hosted Estates Management Database. The database should be accessable via a SSL secured HTTPS site using Internet Explorer 8 or above. Must have the facility to, but not limited to, transfer existing data, add new records, changes status of agreements, retain history of terminated records, licence information, automatic alerts, identification of agreement types, invoicing requirements, debt chasing requirements reporting and mapping. Further requirements are detailed in the Specification of Requirements.The Contract period will be 5 years.
