Wiltshire College is the main provider of further and higher education in Wiltshire, with an excellent reputation for quality provision, innovation and student care. With over 3 800 full-time students and 6 000 part-time students, Wiltshire College is an exciting place to study. There are 4 main campuses at Trowbridge, Chippenham, Lackham and Salisbury and smaller centres throughout the county offering a spectacular range of courses.
Wiltshire College are seeking to appoint a main contractor for the redevelopment of Chippenham Campus. It is anticipated that the project will be undertaken through a Design and Build Contract with a construction value of £15m circa.

The redevelopment will enable significant rationalisation of space replacing 12 102 m2 of unsuitable and functionally inadequate existing space, to 9,100m2 of new purpose built teaching and learning facilities with associated car park, external works and demolition of existing buildings.

The building will be located on the site outside of the existing operational footprint to enable construction in a single phase while minimising impact on the adjacent playing fields and following demolition of the existing buildings will release approximately 1.13 ha (2.78 acres) for disposal.
