There must be adequate coverage for the supply of these minor products within the Lots listed below.

There will be no calibration or repair requirements within this agreement,.
There will be a requirement for some bespoke capability within the Lots, where some items may need some alteration, amendment to fill the needs of the customer.
This will be a Framework for 3 years with the option of extending the framework agreement on the same terms for a further period up to 1 year.
it is expected that suppliers will provide a 1% retrospective discount of all turnover generated through this agreement.

Any corporation established, or a group of individuals appointed to act together, for the specific purpose of meeting needs in the general interest, not having an industrial or commercial character, and(i) financed wholly or mainly by another contracting authority listed above in this section VI.3) of this notice;

This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. Applicants have two working days from notification of the award decision to request additional debriefing and that information has to be provided a mimimum of 3 working days before expiry of the standstill period. Such additional information should be requested from the address in section I.1). If an appeal regarding the awared of a contract has not been successfully resolved the (for Public Sector) Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI2006 No 5)(for Utilities) utilities contracts Regulations (SI2005 No6)(delete where appropriate provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland). Any such action must be brought promptly (generally within 3 months). Where a contract has not been entered into the court may order the setting aside of the award decision or order the authority to amend any documents and may award damages. If the contract has been entered into the court may only award damages.
