Installation of new secure Anti-Vandal Steel/Aluminium communal main entrance doors and frames (incorporating vandal resistant secure glazing panels) designed to the Secured by Design Police Preferred Specification and PAS 23/24 Certification, including concealed electro-magnetic locks that will provide automatic locking of doors. Doors include Extra Strong Continuous Hinges to prevent trapped fingers and improved overall weight distribution. To include for the installation of new video and audio visual door entry systems and intercom phones to each individual unit. Installation and upgrade of landlord's communal lighting with new energy efficient lighting.
Approximate quantities: We estimate 10 blocks per year for door entry systems and approx. 70 blocks per year for communal lighting will be installed.
