II.4)Short description of nature and quantity or value of supplies or services:The Contracting Authority is seeking a supplier that can provide a fully serviced facility for use as Temporary Accommodation to include but not necessary limited to a meet and greet, and assistance service with check-outs, cleaning, laundry, security and site maintenance. The service must be fully delivered without splitting into a sub-contract arrangement for the services and facilities. A full time person (CRB certified) is envisaged within the contract to ensure the required services are controlled and fit for purpose The accommodation must be of 40 Modular Units with particular emphasis for the units to achieve the requirements set out in BS8233 for noise levels. Each unit will be independent with its own front door with and will be furnished to provide self-contained living accommodation for a family of three. The provider is to be capable of rapid deployment and mobilisation to meet a proposed February 2014 operational start date.
