Traditional construction and fit-out of proposed extensions to an existing building and the refurbishment of internal elements of the Middleton Hall Building at the University of Hull. The Hall will accommodate a premier auditorium to be used for graduation ceremonies, inaugural lectures, teaching and various events relating to the performing arts including state of the art recording studios. Works to the external pedestrian and traffic routes will also form part of the scheme.
