Preston City Council is looking to refurbish the Cardiovascular Fitness Equipment within the fitness suites in its 2 main leisure centres. The fitness suites shall be refurbished in early 2014 and each should be supplied by one equipment supplier. Preston City Council tenderers are to provide individual product costing in line with the tender specifications set out in this document.
All cardiovascular equipment must be compatible with Technogym Wellness System or equivalent. Tenderers will be expected to provide evidence of this as part of their submission.
Tenderers should also provide separate costing, where applicable, for training on the new equipment for Preston City Council Leisure Centre staff at each of the 2 leisure centres.
Tenderers should include pricing for a repair and maintenance service of the proposed fitness equipment over five years at each of the 2 sites.
Tenderers are requested to provide a cost for the existing cardiovascular equipment which includes the decommissioning and collection from each of the 2 sites.
