The construction of a entertainment and sports complex in Khanti Mansi Region, Western Siberia, Russia. It is envisioned that the development will provide an innovative and inspiring destination which will have, in one place, entertainment, recreational and retail facilities and be fully open by summer 2016.
The complex has a GIFA of 27,500 m² and is spread over 3 levels.
All areas of the facility should be accessible and useable by able bodied, the disabled and people with limited mobility.
The concept design comprises of the following nine key areas:
Area 1 - Aquapark, incorporating:
- Main pool with ‘beach';
- Waterslides;
- Kids pools;
- ‘LazyRiver';
- Surf Pool;
- Climbing Wall.
Area 2 - Aquarium
- Walk through Exhibit Tank;
- Public Exhibition Area.
Area 3 - Main Gallery
- Retail;
- Sub Tropical Gardens;
- Shopping Mall.

The tender requires delivery of the master plan (concept) from Proekt to completion. The complex will be multi use and require delivery of the concept in full.
In relation to all areas, the successful contractor will be required to:
Provide design review, all interior design, specialist fit-out and provide specialist equipment within the Russian region according to ISO Standards and the contracting authority's design specifications.
Provide all equipment and accessories.
Provide design (where required), installation and equipment and supply services; inclusive of quality audits to ensure the installation meets the industry standards.
Provide product training services on-site; staff will need to proficiently operate, maintain and troubleshoot all equipment.
Provide technical support in Russia; provide 24/7 call services.

It is envisaged that to provide such facilities a multi disciplinary approach is required.
The successful contractor will have affiliations with all specialist sub contractors.
The successful contractor will have the resources to develop and coordinate all specialist design, supply and installation.
The company will be required to have a proven track record (with at least 10 years prior experience) of delivering projects in a number of remote locations, preferably in Siberia.
The company will be required to prove an ability to be free of any restrictions in terms of trade and franchise restrictions.
The Project comprises of a number specialist components providing a variety of activities.
Any company entering the tender process will be required to undertake one or more of the specialist works.
To ensure the required standard of quality the specialist contractors must be able to demonstrate at the tender stage relative experience and knowledge in order to guarantee their work.
