3. New cargo / freight storage area and associated taxi way to runway 09
4. New rear terminal car park and access road including associated signage, drainage and lighting
5. Surface water drainage associated with the works
6. Airfield Ground lighting incl. Runway edge lights, runway end lights, cliff markers and PAPI's, Wind sock
7. Runway line marking
8. New access road from apron to runway 14 and from runway 14 to existing fire tender building
9. Resurfacing of Eastern Helipad and associated access road
10. Resurfacing works to the existing island roads

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: The contractor needs to be in a sufficiently sound financial position to participate in this procurement. The financial position of the company will be assessed in line with Regulation 24 of the Public Contract Regulations 2006 and independent financial checks may be taken up by the contracting authority.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: The contractor must demonstrate that they are able to cover the cost of delivering the project. The contractor should be able to demonstrate an average turnover over the last 2 years of GBP 3 000 000.

The contractor will need to demonstrate that they have sufficient experience to deliver the project. The contractor will be required to provide evidence of experience as per Regulation 25 of the Public Contracts Regulation 2006
