To tender in the form of a framework for call off by the 2 forces.
The intention is to seek a company to provide services to both Surrey and Sussex split between the below mentioned 4 lots.
The requirement under this framework is for suitably qualified professional service providers for the provision of grounds and gardens maintenance, arboricultural advice and expertise and tree surgery services at both Surrey and Sussex police premises.
The service requirement includes grass cutting services, trimming and maintenance of shrub beds, tree and hedge care, and grass cutting and maintenance of the grounds of the hill top radio mast sites for both forces.
The project scope is split across 4 separate lots, these are:
Lot 1. Grounds Maintenance for Sussex Police
Lot 2. Grounds Maintenance for Surrey Police
Lot 3. Tree Surgery for Sussex Police
Lot 4. Tree Surgery for Surrey Police
Locations and detailed specifications will be advised in the formal Invitation to Tender.
