Southern Water is seeking to appoint one or more Delivery Partner(s) for framework agreements, for the following separate individual Lots;
Lot 1: Non-Infrastructure programme (Design & Build);
Covering works to Southern Water's water and wastewater assets, including;
1). Water extraction and treatment works
2). Water storage facilities
3). Wastewater and sludge storage tanks
4). Wastewater and sludge treatment works
5). Transfer pumping stations
6). Pumping stations
7). Small package plant
8). Planned replacement equipment programmes
Lot 2: Infrastructure (Design & Build);
Covering works to Southern Water's water assets, including;
1) Water supply and distribution pipework, service pipes, valves, meters, chambers
2) Wastewater sewer pipework, sewer rehabilitation, valves, penstocks, manholes
3) Mechanical and electrical plant and equipment
4) Instrumentation, control and automation equipment
Further requirements may include testing, technical inspection, commissioning, reinstatement, work planning, scheduling and management necessary for undertaking the above works.
Southern Water will separately tender the above Lots, but reserve the right to combine Lots, if required.
Southern Water reserves the right to appoint one or more Delivery Partners under each Lot, which may include separation between geographical regions within the Southern Water operational area.
