Procurement software package. Auction software package. Guys and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, on behalf of the London Procurement Programme, has a requirement to establish a Framework Agreement for use by or on behalf of all UK Public Bodies which will include NHS bodies.
Tenders are invited from established organisations who can supply web based solutions to a number of eSourcing requirements. The Framework will be split into three lots: eRFx, eAuction, Contract Management. Tenderers may bid for one, several or all of the lots. The solution must support multi-tenancy architecture and be hosted on the internet. Any or all of the three separate applications must be accessible by a common web portal and have the ability to interoperate and integrate with any systems that are already in place. It is important to note that tenders must support the Department of Health policy to adopt GS1 coding in the NHS and Public Sector supply chain.
