The successful tenderer will be required to provide catering services at Fullbrook School.
The School has 1600 students of which 103 are entitled to a free school meal. The FSM value is 2.05 GBP.
The kitchen was refurbished 8 years ago; the dining room would benefit from some investment. There is a separate 6th Form block with 230 pupils and a small catering outlet contained within it.
There is a biometric cashless system in use and linked to ParentPay.
Morning Break is set over two 20 minute sessions and Lunch is over two 35 minute sessions. A breakfast service is also provided from 08:00 until 08:30 every day.
The School are looking to improve the catering provision to students and to aspire to a nil cost or better operational catering budget.
