PP is acting as contracting authority on behalf of participating clients and members and wishes to alert the market of its intention to procure a framework agreement with multiple organisations for construction and housing related consultancy services. The services provided under this proposed framework can be utilised by members and customers to define, compliment and add value to any existing and new projects undertaken through PP's existing and future framework agreements.
The following services that are likely to be included within the framework -
Energy assessments;
Fire risk assessments;
Employers agent services;
Asbestos surveying;
Quantity surveying;
Architectural services;
CDMC services;
Project and contract management services;
Structural engineering services;
Mechanical and electrical consultancy services;
Stock condition/Building surveyor services;
Clerk of works services;
Electrical clerk of works services;
Geo-environmental services;
Sustainable and environmental development consultancy services;
Consultancy services relating to the construction of new building(s) .
The purpose of this prior information notice is to allow PP to alert the market to its intentions in advance of undertaking the procurement. PP therefore reserves the right to amend, add or delete the lots described before calling for competition. PPs intention in this regard will be confirmed in any subsequent contract notice and pre-qualification questionnaire.
PP will be holding a Meet the Buyer event at Lancashire Cricket Club, Manchester on Thursday 9th May 2013. Interested suppliers can meet the buyers, learn more about the organisation, the opportunity and how they can participate in the forthcoming procurement. Suppliers who would like to attend should submit their details by following the enclosed link http://tendermanagement.procure-plus.com/register/index/b1b6b852ef. Places are limited to one representative per organisation and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis to those organisations who correctly submit their details by clicking the ‘submit' button at the end of the registration form. The deadline for the registration is 08th May 2013.
The following contracting authorities will be entitled to agree call off contracts under the proposed framework agreement as and when required-
1. PP's members (both current and future);
2. LHP's members (both current and future);
3. CHP's members (both current and future);
4. PPAL's members (both current and future);
5. The current and future members or any other member of the Re:allies alliance from time to time;
6. Any partner or customer of PP, LHP, CHP, PPAL or other Re:allies member from time to time, which may include any social housing provider in the United Kingdom. Social housing provider for this purpose means any provider of social housing and includes registered housing providers (a list of which can be found by visiting www.homesandcommunities.co.uk), local authorities, local government ALMOs and unitary authorities.
The contracting authorities listed and referred to above shall be under no obligation to use the framework agreement.
