Home medical treatment services. Surrey and Sussex have a need for a provider to deliver a hospital at home service on behalf of the Trust. We are seeking an organisation to deliver a minimum of 10 beds, with the potential of increasing to 20 beds.
The service will deliver acute care in the patients own home, with services including, intravenous antibiotics, physiotherapy, wound dressing and catheter care. Patients will remain under the supervision of the hospital and consultant, but the care will be delivered through a nurse/therapy led team.
