As part of its commitment to low carbon economic growth, Suffolk County Council ('The Council') is looking to extend the Business Resource and Efficiency (BRE) advice and support available to Suffolk businesses, targeting Suffolk's 400 Medium Sized Businesses (MSBs). The Council seeks expressions of interest from organisations able to effectively:
1. Audit MSBs to identify actions to be taken to improve resource (including energy) efficiency and reduce carbon emissions
2. Support MSBs in taking such action
3. Market this service to MSBs, securing their engagement and willingness to contribute to the cost of the service
The value of the contract (excluding MSB contributions) is envisaged to be around GBP 300k over 2 years.
